The ordering table lists 4:1, 5:1, 6:1, 7:1, 8:1, 9:1 and 10:1 for its 2-stage group. Use the original drawing for the flange pilot, bolt pattern and motor-side dimensions.

Larger flange-output sizes

The 2-stage group lists 4:1, 5:1, 7:1 and 10:1. The 3-stage options include 40:1 for sizes 110, 140, 200 and 255. Use the performance row and drawing for the selected configuration.

Its footnote states 20,000 hours of service life at nominal input speed; this is a catalog condition, not a guarantee for every operating cycle. Nominal input speed is defined as maximum average input speed. Weight may vary slightly by model. Maximum and emergency-stop torque have separate limits. The catalog includes sizes 200 and 255; have Mach confirm the current configuration before ordering.

Provide running torque, acceleration and stopping loads, input and output speeds, operating cycle, required service life and ambient conditions. Identify reversing or shock events so their limits can be checked separately.

Motor and mechanical fit
Send the motor model and drawing with shaft diameter and length, pilot, flange and bolt pattern. Include the output connection and available space. The catalog notes that length varies with motor and that a bushing adapts to the motor shaft; confirm the supplied adapter and exact drawing.
