Privacy and Website Analytics

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Mach Motion Products uses website analytics to understand how visitors use machmo.com and to improve navigation, content, product information, and the contact experience.

StatCounter

Mach Motion currently uses StatCounter, a website analytics service that helps us understand page visits and general site activity. StatCounter may process technical information such as page URLs, browser/device information, approximate location derived from network information, referring pages, and interaction or visit timing information. Mach Motion uses this information to understand website traffic and improve the site experience.

Microsoft Clarity

Mach Motion uses Microsoft Clarity, a website-behavior analytics service, to understand how visitors use machmo.com and to improve navigation, content, product information, calculators, and the contact experience. Clarity can provide aggregated usage information, heatmaps, performance and diagnostic signals, and session-replay insights. Depending on your location, browser settings, and consent choices, Clarity may process technical and interaction information such as page visits, clicks or taps, scrolling behavior, mouse movement, navigation paths, page and DOM content permitted by the active masking rules, interaction and diagnostic data, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network information, and visit timing.

Mach Motion configures Clarity to mask sensitive content. When Balanced masking is active, ordinary public page text, images, content, and layout may appear in session recordings and heatmaps so they can be reviewed for usability. Clarity masks content entered into input boxes and selections made in dropdown menus in all masking modes. Mach Motion also uses explicit masking rules and verifies contact forms, calculators, text-entry areas, and other sensitive surfaces before accepting a configuration change. These controls are intended to prevent session recordings from capturing contact-form messages, customer proprietary information, uploaded-file names, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive entered content.

Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies if enabled. Mach Motion keeps Clarity cookies off by default unless a valid consent signal is received. When cookies are denied, Clarity may still collect limited cookieless telemetry and use a per-page identifier; cookies off does not mean that no analytics data is collected. Where consent is required or Clarity receives a denied consent signal, available analytics features may be limited. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Mach Motion uses Clarity information to identify repeated website usability problems and support aggregate website-design decisions. Mach Motion does not use Clarity to make automated decisions about individual visitors. Clarity is not connected to Mach Motion’s CRM, advertising accounts, or customer outreach systems.

Microsoft/Clarity receives and stores this information using Microsoft Azure. Microsoft states that Clarity data is available to website administrators for up to 30 days from recording. Microsoft provides a telemetry opt-out through the Digital Advertising Alliance and states that Clarity supports Global Privacy Control. Clarity does not currently respond to the older browser Do Not Track signal. Visitors can use the Contact Us route to ask privacy questions or exercise applicable privacy rights.

Microsoft and StatCounter process data under their own privacy terms. You can learn more here:
