Match the ratio to the size.

The MKS catalog lists sizes 060, 075, 100, 140, 180, 210, 240. Choose the ratio and stage count before comparing the applicable performance and dimensional data.

Mach will confirm your ordering part number, price and availability.

Ratios are discrete catalog configurations. Confirm the required size, ratio and motor interface with Mach.

Compare a defined configuration.

The comparison below uses the same 7:1, single-stage ratio for each catalog size. It is a starting point for comparing size and nominal torque; other ratios may have different ratings. Size designations are not complete ordering part numbers.

All rows are for a 7:1 ratio, single-stage configuration. Nominal output torque is tied to the listed nominal input speed and the catalog’s 20,000-hour service-life condition. The catalog defines nominal input speed as maximum average input speed. These are not maximum starting/stopping or emergency-stop torque ratings. Have Mach check the exact ratio and operating cycle before selection.
