Custom windings
Share the available voltage, operating speed and required torque, along with the duty cycle and planned drive. We’ll review the winding requirements together.

CUSTOM OEM BRUSHLESS MOTORS
Brushless DC motors configured around your machine’s torque, speed, electrical supply and available space. Mach provides factory-direct OEM support for custom windings, shaft features, connectors and mounting details, from the first requirements discussion through production supply.
Start with a motor family, a drawing or the requirements you know. We’ll review the changes your application needs.
01 / BUILT AROUND YOUR APPLICATION
A catalog motor can be a useful starting point. The winding, shaft, mounting face and connections need to work with your machine, its drive and the motion you need to produce.
Compare starting specifications below, or bring your own requirements. Mach can support an individual motor or review other automation components and the scope of an assembled package with you.
Share the available voltage, operating speed and required torque, along with the duty cycle and planned drive. We’ll review the winding requirements together.
Bring the shaft features, mounting-face dimensions and available motor length. Include your drawing so the mechanical interfaces can be reviewed.
Tell us the connector, cable and feedback requirements and the drive you plan to use. We’ll review the electrical interfaces and proposed changes.
Compare published specifications, dimensions and curves, then tell us what your application needs to change. These are starting configurations; custom details are reviewed with Mach.

The operating point matters as much as the motor’s size. Share these details so we can review the motor, drive and mechanical fit together.
| Requirement | What to share | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Torque & operating speed | Required torque at the working speed, peak loads, acceleration and how long each condition lasts. | Defines the operating points to review against the motor’s torque-speed curve. |
| Supply & drive | Available voltage and current, drive model if selected, and control or feedback requirements. | Connects the motor winding and electrical interfaces to your system. |
| Duty & environment | Run and rest periods, cycles per hour, ambient temperature, cooling and exposure to dust or moisture. | Describes the thermal and operating conditions for the application review. |
| Space & mechanical fit | Frame size, motor length, mounting-face dimensions, shaft features and the driven load. | Identifies what needs to fit and what may need to change. |
| Connections & accessories | Cable routing, connector details, feedback, gearbox or brake requirements and an assembly drawing if available. | Brings the surrounding components into the same discussion. |
| Volume & timing | Initial quantity, annual demand, first delivery target and planned batch releases. | Connects the motor configuration to your production schedule. |
03 / YOUR MOTORS. YOUR SCHEDULE.

We hold your full order at Mach from the beginning of the program, with free storage for up to 12 months.
Take scheduled batches, request an extra release or ship the entire remaining balance. We charge only for the components that ship.
Blanket orders are subject to credit approval. We agree the initial production and stocking schedule with you.
04 / BEFORE WE START
Yes. The motor families linked above provide starting specifications. Tell us which configuration is closest and what needs to change, or share your application if you have not selected a motor yet.
Custom windings, shaft features, connectors and mounting-face dimensions are starting points for discussion. The available changes depend on the motor family and application; we review the proposed configuration before confirming the build.
Yes. Include the supply voltage, drive model if selected, required torque and speed, and feedback or control requirements. We’ll review the electrical and mechanical interfaces with you.
Tell us how the load needs to be held and the space available. A separate front brake or a motor with a built-in brake may suit the application and target price. We’ll review the requirements and component interfaces with you.
The Product Selector shows starting specifications for an application discussion. In-stock listings are standard builds only, with no customization. For a modified motor, use this inquiry so we can review the specification, quantity and timing.
Yes. Your full agreed order is stocked at Mach when the 12-month program begins. Request scheduled batches, an extra release or the entire remaining balance at any time during the program. Storage is free and we charge only for what ships. Credit approval and an agreed initial production and stocking schedule apply.
Quantity, pricing and timing depend on the motor and requested changes. Share your initial quantity, estimated annual usage and target date so we can review the options.
